We think of dinosaurs as behemoths very far away from us, the world dominators of their time. They survived for three centuries and 140 million years, developing and evolving with natural adaptations, and some species of dinosaurs were small, agile and feathered. Are they the ancestors of birds?

The hypothesis that birds originated from theropod dinosaurs has been widely recognized nowadays, but there are still many weak links in the direction of bird origin research, mainly including the problem of bird finger homology, the problem of theropod differentiation time frame and some problems of feather origin and early evolution. The discovery of early bird fossils in China not only provides extremely valuable evidence for the origin of birds and their flight, but also fills several gaps in the study of the evolutionary history of birds. Fly to the blue sky may be the dream of dinosaurs, in the natural world, there is no animal than the birds more free in the air "walk", thus also should prove that the life of the endless, in the eternal upward flight and development.
